Refund and Cancellation Policies

- Pura Vida Rafting's cancellation policies provide a clear and efficient process for our customers.

- To qualify for a full refund, groups of fewer than 8 people must notify us by email before 4 p.m. the day before the trip.

- For larger groups (8 or more participants), cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the scheduled trip.

- Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance will not receive a full refund. The following options apply:

If the cancellation is made 2 days before the trip, a 100% refund will be issued.

If the cancellation is made 1 day before the trip, a 50% refund will be issued.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the trip.

- No-shows do not qualify for refunds.

- Pura Vida Rafting reserves the right to cancel or adjust bookings and may issue partial refunds in situations beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or road closures.

- We are not responsible for additional expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances, such as earthquakes, floods, epidemics, fires, accidents, road conditions, external transport cancellations, weather conditions, traffic issues, or any other unforeseen event or force majeure that may interrupt or postpone the booked trip.

- Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes in advance at the meeting point. After that time, they will lose the tour, and no refund will be possible.

- Pregnant women cannot participate in our rafting activities. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Booking and Payment Terms
