Refund and Cancellation Policies

- Our policies ensure a smooth process for cancellations related to Pura Vida Rafting adventures.

- To qualify for a full refund, individuals within groups of fewer than 8 must notify us via email before 4 p.m. on the day prior to the scheduled trip.

- For larger groups (8 or more participants), cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the scheduled trip.

- No refunds will be issued for absences.

- Pura Vida Rafting reserves the right to cancel or adjust reservations and may issue partial refunds in situations beyond our control, such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or road closures.

- However, we decline responsibility for additional expenses arising from unforeseen circumstances such as earthquakes, floods, epidemics, fires, accidents, road conditions, external transport cancellations, various weather conditions, traffic problems, or any other unforeseeable event or Force Majeure that may interrupt or postpone a booked trip.

Booking and Payment Terms

- Stay informed about our booking and payment policies at Pura Vida Rafting.

- All listed prices are subject to change without prior notice.

- Individuals with epilepsy, pregnant women, or those recovering from recent surgeries are advised to refrain from participating in our rafting excursions.

- Although adventure operators are currently exempt from sales taxes, Pura Vida Rafting reserves the right to pass on any future taxes imposed by federal, provincial, or local governments.

- We recommend refraining from bringing valuables such as jewelry or passports on our tours. Pura Vida Rafting is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Cancellation Restrictions

- For cancellations made two days before the scheduled trip, a 100% refund will be issued.

- For cancellations made one day before the scheduled trip, a 50% refund will be issued.

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the same day of the scheduled trip.
