For safety reasons, pregnant women cannot participate in our rafting activities. No refunds will be issued if a participant arrives unable to participate for this reason.
Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Arriving after this time may result in losing the tour, and no refund will be issued.
Costa Rica Pura Vida Rafting is not responsible for additional expenses resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including earthquakes, floods, epidemics, fires, accidents, road conditions, external transportation cancellations, weather conditions, traffic issues, or any other unforeseen event or force majeure that may interrupt or postpone the booked trip.
Yes. Costa Rica Pura Vida Rafting reserves the right to cancel or adjust bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued when applicable.
No-shows do not qualify for a refund.
